1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposit and Payment Rules

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit at 367 Bet:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.

4 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• For large withdrawals (BDT 50,000 or more), additional verification may be required.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, any suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and investigated. 367 Bet reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

367 Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all:

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Submitting a withdrawal request before completing the bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets at 367 Bet:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a Cash Out option is specifically available on the platform.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be refunded — though specific rules may vary by event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 367 Bet reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct odds.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event, and 367 Bet may adjust them at any time.
• Accounts may be placed under investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to disconnection, it will be settled in accordance with the platform's established policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 367 Bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automation software.
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or malware into the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Defrauding, harassing, or intimidating other members.
• Attempting to pass account verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

367 Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon a member's request to activate Self-Exclusion.
• By order of a court or government authority.
